Welcome to the largest event in the Town of Strathmore. Every August long weekend the best cowboys and cowgirls from both sides of the border get together for the Strathmore Stampede, all vying for their piece of the $300,000 of prize money up for grabs at the 2^nd largest CPRA rodeo in Canada and a major stop on the WPCA Chuckwagon tour. We invite you to come and enjoy our hometown atmosphere and be prepared to get some dirt in your face, cause that’s how close you’ll be to all the action!!!
